You are the owner of the material you are submitting or a legal representative of the material being submitted, and it does not infringe upon the copyrights of any artist, writer or record label. Any Notices that A&R RADIO is required to provide to you may be done via e-mail at the e-mail address you provide at the time you agree to these terms. It is your responsibility and obligation to maintain a current and up-dated e-mail address on file with A&R RADIO. Any Notices that YOU are required to provide to A&R RADIO shall be made either in writing to customercare@aandrradio.com.
1. Your song is placed into our popular iTunes podcast.
2. Your image is also promoted with your song to be viewed on iPhones, iPods & mobile devices.
3. Your song is given to our affiliated record pool of 6,500 dj's around the United States.
4. You're are provided with statistics and feedback on the performance of your song.
5. You receive an exclusive artist page on our website containing your widget, image and song, where users can rate/vote, download and "break" your song into people's cars, homes, computers, iPods; and potentially, all the way to radio mainstream.
6. You have access to premium advertising on our website and even our icon on our iTunes podcast.
Due to large demand and high traffic volume, we are currently undergoing a complete server renovations of A&R Radio. Temporarily we will not be accepting payments for submissions. However, song submissions will be kept for when the new server is ready; these submissions will be placed on A&R Radio for free. After renovations, delay times will be dramatically reduced and there will be many more upgrades for our customers' convenience. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
