This is an agreement between YOU (owner or legal representative of the material submitted) and A&R Radio. By clicking the checkbox, YOU acknowledge that YOU are the authorized owner or legal representative of the material you are submitting. YOU maintain ALL ownership rights to the material YOU submit to A&R Radio, and A&R Radio does NOT. YOU are hereby granting A&R Radio the permission to distribute your music which we will WATERMARK every 30seconds on our A&R Radio Podcasts.

For consideration to be played on A&R Radio, please email your material in the follow format: NOTE: YOUR MUSIC WILL BE WATERMARKED APPROX. EVERY 30 SECONDS WITH AN "A&R RADIO" SOUND BITE.
